ORDERING AND PAYMENT:
Orders may be placed directly online at wholesale.emilymcdowell.com, by email, fax or phone, or through your local sales rep. In order to place orders online, you must first be registered (it's easy!). If you're not registered and would like to be, send us an email at the address below and we'll get you set up asap. If you have a rep, she/he will receive credit for all orders placed online. If you’re not sure who your rep is, or whether you have a rep, give us a shout and we’ll connect you if we’ve got one in your area.

What does that mean? Here are a few FAQs:
How will this affect the brand and products?
The brand and products will remain exactly the same, Emily will remain in control of all the creative, and we'll be able to add a LOT more gift categories. Hooray! The cards and art prints will continue to be printed in the USA, and other gifts will continue to be made overseas.
What will happen with your sales reps and showrooms?
We are still working with the same sales reps and showrooms. Please note that we are no longer working with The Daniel Richards Group or The Lynn Mitchell Group (unrelated to the Madison Park move). We are now repped by Just Got 2 Have It in the Southeast region. We are now repped by Anne McGilvray in TOLA, the Las Vegas region, and Southern California/Arizona, and we are in the Anne McGilvray showrooms in Dallas and Las Vegas. Will you still have your own trade show booths at NYNOW and NSS, and your own catalogs?
Yep! In fact, you'll see better show specials (free freight!) and more frequent catalogs.
How do I place a direct order?
if you're located in an area where we don't have a rep, or you prefer to order directly, you'll be placing your orders directly with our team, now located at Madison Park's Seattle HQ. Our new online ordering, phone, fax and email contacts are listed above.
Where will your orders ship from?
All orders will ship from the Madison Park warehouse in Seattle. ASAP orders ship within 2-3 days.
Who do I pay?
Payment must be made to The Madison Park Group. The address and any necessary information will be listed on your invoice.
