ORDERING AND PAYMENT:
Orders may be placed directly online at wholesale.emilymcdowell.com, by email, fax or phone, or through your local sales rep. In order to place orders online, you must first be registered (it's easy!). If you're not registered and would like to be, send us an email at the address below and we'll get you set up asap. If you have a rep, she/he will receive credit for all orders placed online. If you’re not sure who your rep is, or whether you have a rep, give us a shout and we’ll connect you if we’ve got one in your area.

What does that mean? Here are a few FAQs:
Will there be any delays in shipping while this transition takes place?
All orders for ASAP shipment that are placed on or before Thursday, April 27th will be shipped by Madison Park Group and payable to Madison Park Group.
All orders received on or after Friday, April 28th will be shipped by our warehouse the week of June 1st.
WE WILL NOT BE SHIPPING WHOLESALE ORDERS DURING THE MONTH OF MAY 2017, as we move to a much larger warehouse and train new staff. We are working hard to be shipping again as soon as possible. All asap orders received during the month of May will ship the week of June 1st.
All our sales reps and showrooms will remain the same.
Our customer service phone number and online ordering platform aren’t changing. You can still place your wholesale orders online at https://wholesale.emilymcdowell.com and reach us by phone at 1-800-574-4665.
Our summer release will be ready to debut at the Dallas Gift Show in late June, and will begin to ship on July 1st. It includes tons of new cards and gifts, and we’re really excited about it.
Will you still be exhibiting at NSS, NYNOW and other trade shows?
Yep! Because of the timeline of this reorganization, we will not have a May 2017 release or a full booth at the National Stationery Show, this year. However, Emily and Charlie will be present at the GCA Pavilion at NSS, showing samples of our new July products and answering questions. We’d love to see you! How do I place a direct order?
if you're located in an area where we don't have a rep, or you prefer to order directly, you can order via phone, email or our wholesale website. Our online ordering, phone, fax and email contacts are listed above.
Where will your orders ship from?
All orders will ship from our warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada. Once our shipping resumes in June 2017, ASAP orders will ship within 2-3 days.
Who do I pay?
Payment for orders shipping by Emily McDowell Studio’s Las Vegas warehouse must be made to Emily McDowell Studio. Please check your invoice- the address and any necessary information will be listed there.
